Delivery Information

Please note, most of you are aware that Royal Mail are taking strike action in December and its having a serious impact on postal times. We are still dispatching on time but cannot guarantee when it should arrive. Please check spam folders for tracking numbers for your shipment. Messaging us will not make it arrive any quicker for delayed deliveries. sorry

Shipping your order
Single stand alone guitars are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of cleared payment and are shipped with the Royal Mail or various couriers depending on the size & weight of the order, most orders will require a signature upon delivery. All framed items are made to order and are normally dispached within 72 hours after receipt of payment. Please allow 5 WORKING days before querying non - delivery of your order, but once this period has elapsed please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate the reason. We will always inform you of any delays.

All buyers please note, once your items are shipped you will recieve a shipping notice via email. You will also receive a separate email containing tracking numbers where applicable which may follow up 24 hours later. Before messaging us asking for such information please check your spam folder which is where it normally is.

Please also note, standard UK signed for service is not a full tracking service. It will only show you beginging and end of journey notes only. Whilst your items in transit it will not tell you where it is until its delivered. This is out of our control.

UK Royal Mail second class service is now 3-5 days and is no longer a two day service. All estimated delivery times are just that, estimated.

How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders are sent by second class mail. We state 5 working days but endeavor to get all received orders posted within 3 days. This may take longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc. If you are unsure or need your order sooner then please contact us

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we deliver to most countries around the world.

Does postage apply to every additional item I order?
This will depend upon the individual items ordered. Adding products to the basket will show the total postage and packing charges. By default it will show UK shipping charges, worldwide shipping charges will only be shown once an address is entered in checkout.
